extended warranty claim denial

i purchased warranty 10.6/2008 agreement #ms951003 terms 10/6/2015 or 192947 x of purchase 92,947 my transmision is not allowing my gears 2 shift vehicle was towed 2 aamco transmission,july 2 at which x a diagnostic was done it was determined shift selector gear needd 2 b replaced and transmission serviced, a claim was sent 2 cdwsnow.com and a reply received on july 7 denying the claim because they say that i was negligent which is untrue i service my cars oil changes on time,got tune up on spark plugs aug 2009,and change all filters in a timely matter they didnt even send out a inspector 2 chk the claim.so on 2da my car is still at the transmission place not able 2 shift gears not working with the cost being thrown in my lap i am very pissed .i have called consumeraffairs,attorney gen ca,dept of insurance no satisfaction im exhausted and tired of the run arounds i need help!!!  770-485-5198,404324-6028.
