OMG they're doing that to me, I don't even know what they are or how they got access to my checking account. Guess it's going to take a lawyer for us to get our money back..

I am 85 years old and I don't always check my credit card statement. In 2017 i was contacted by iolo for service which I refused. I was charged 31.93 in 2018, 31.93 in 2019, and again 31.93 in 2020. I feel I should be reimbursed for the unathorized charges for the past 3 years.

I was charged $42.49 on my charge card (10-20-20) . When I called charge card for explanation they said to contact the malwarebytes directly since they could no nothing for me. I was told it was for an automatic yearly charge by the charge company. I know nothing about this company. Phone number out of california asks you to wait for rep. and they never answer you. Even call back from these was not completed. HELP

I was charged 31.60 from this company. I don't even know what it is. I caught the Debit before the bank processed it so i got the money back. there were unauthorized debits from other companies all within a few hours of one another. How does this happen? How do they get my info and card number?

I have just received two identical charges in the amount of $59.99, totaling $119.98 from this "free" offer. The telephone number is a Georgia number with no address. I am contesting this charge with the credit card issuer and am trying to notify the party that claims this amount is due. Can anyone provide a mail address? The ad refers to Malware but mail sent to their California address is returned as undeliverable.

Hey i upgraded and purchased the iobit software pro along with iobit uninstaller upgrade and have not yet received my activation code although you hit my bank account and did not got your money for the product WHERS MY ACTIVATION CODE????? and do you have a phone number to contact customer service????

This illegal company hit our business account. This is a fraud business and the vendor can not be identified. Somehow they obtain peoples personal information. Someone we do business with is selling this information. Our bank has issued us our money back for the charge of $59.99. Apparently they will keep doing this until you put a stop on your card. Report any and all charges to whoever you have your card through and state that it is FRAUD!
