Non Refund from the company

I ordered to RTSVitamins.co.uk for bottles of Ocupower vitamin supplement in November 2008. I cancelled my order and cancellation was confirmed by the company by e-mail on 8/12/2008.
I have written to the company for refund so many times without any reply.
Kindly do the needful.
