Unsolicited phone calls

They already have an "F" Rating with the BBB, I do not understand how this company is still in business and will be filing a complaint with the BBB momentarily. Their sales people with (purposely I'm sure) heavy accents called me relentlessly. Finally, after I heard the same script over and over again, I agreed to sign up for the $4.95 start up fee and figured that I would call and cancel if I wasn't satisfied prior to my 30 days being up. I advised "Ray Ortiz" over and over again that I did not want ANY unauthorized charges being made to my account and he reiterated that I would have to call. He stated that I he would sent me a confirmation email when we hung up, AFTER he asked me for my Facebook password which I DECLINED! I never received an email or the "welcome packet" and I called the following morning (today) A gentleman stated that he would be sending me a postcard with a PIN. ??? Ok....so I get ANOTHER call this afternoon with someone else trying to get me to sign up. I advised him that I already signed up yesterday and he repeatedly asked how I wanted to pay! Finally I asked to speak to a manager, guy gets on the phone and I explain to him that I already signed up, the guy before wasn't taking no for an answer, and that I never received a call from FB or received my welcome pack. He says " I'll call you back". Call me back??? Are you serious? I read the reviews on them AFTER i already paid so I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card! NOW I am reading that they have been charging people's phone bills! They never even mentioned THAT! I guess now, Ill have to contact my phone provider!
Owner are apparently Mark Cave a notorious scammer! Just look up all the horrid reviews and various company names. Don't give these liars money!

Abusive and deceptive selling practices indicate you can expect more of the same, and are also a red flag fraud indicator. They are revealing that they dribble out what the alleged "terms" are going to be, not disclosing them up front prior to any "agreement". That is deceptive and fraudulent.
Contact your phone company to put a block against third party charges to your phone bill.
This morning I took a call from a heavily accented 'Mark', he continually told me of how he was calling to help me build my business account with Facebook users along with Yelp users. Every time I asked if this is a cold call 'Mark' would avoid the question and carry on with his script. I was able to get the name of 'Mark's' manager, David Harris is her name, and when I called to give them a piece of my mind, on my time, I was unable to speak with David Harris as he's a part of the sales department and calls are not able to be transferred, or some crap like that.
I also spoke with a Fabio Alls, he was the one who told me that the phones are unable to transfer calls.
Don't bother wasting your time with this phone call or this business, they are not calling with the intent to help your business, they are soliciting sales while trying to discount your services to end users.
