Eyepothesis is a SCAM
Complaint

Warning: Don't buy this product. They hook you in with a $1 "trial offer". Then when you find out it's a scam, they make sure to send you more before you cancel and they charge you $74.81. I returned the product (unused) and I sent them an email BEFORE they sent the extra product. They ignored it and sent it and charged me anyway. I emailed them to question this and they never returned my email. You can look up ALOT of complaints about them on Consumeraffairs.com. PS: good luck getting customer service on the phone. I tried that and was referred to a new number where I had to pay to speak to someone. I hung up; another scam.

Here is how it goes:
Sign up for a free trial.
You have 7 days to cancel which is not clear when you sign up for the samples.
The free trial product comes on the 7th day with no apparent notice that the trial is not really a trial and that you will be charged $74.81 after all because you didn't cancel w/in the 7 days.
You dispute the charge with them and they hang up on you.
Your bank does nothing.
And to top it off, the product doesn't even work!
Can someone please do something about this? My lesson is to search for complaints prior to signing up for anything! Pass this on to others so they don't fall for the same thing.
