This company has a number of complaints of suing the wrong people, and of obtaining default judgements through "sewer service".

Get a consumer attorney to represent you, or you might lose and the court might decide you owe someone else's debt.

Suing you over someone else's debt, or using false or deceptive documentation of the alleged debt, might also result in violations of FDCPA, and your attorney might be able to sue them after getting their case against you thrown out.

You can find a consumer attorney in your state through www.naca.net

This isn't your account or your debt.

You want their case dismissed with prejudice, and you want to determine whether you can hold them liable for what their "mistake" costs you..

You don't want them sniping at you for years, trying to get some default judgement by refiling and catching you unaware at a later date.

Get representation by an attorney, and deal with it once and for all.
