CALLER TUNE CHARGES WITHOUT ANY SUBSCRIPTION

THEY are renewing caller tune, and charges Rs. 30.00 each time without my any consent, as per their SMS from 52345,dtd. 10/12/2011, 05/12/2011, 12/12/2011.
FOR REQUEST SMS FOR UNSUB 1003, TO 155223. (as per above SMS ).
THEY REPLIED SMS FROM 155223:---THIS PACK DOES NOT EXIST. PLEASE SEND REQUEST
AGAIN WITH CORRECT KEYWORD.
THEY HAVE DEDUCTED THE AMOUNT FROM MY PREPAID SUM.
PLEASE SMS TO ME THAT WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
PLEASE SEND MY A/C DEATAIL FROM 01/11/2011 TO 18/12/2011.

    dear Sir,
    i am very sorry to inform you this have not asked for any caller tune every time a message comes your caller tune sub charges will be renewed at Rs.30?. why is this when the costumer has not asked for it. who are you to subscribe and deduct money from the account? I request you to please cancel all this caller tunes and the rubbish messages and calls at anytime. I request you with respect if you don’t do this I will discourage all my students and parents to stop using reliance. please do the needful.my no.9022045743
