looking to help reduce my interest rate...

I keep getting these calls from cardmember services.  I hit #1 thinking I can get off of this call list- NOT. some idiot is trying to tell me I need to reduce my interest rate. Chris Allen (with a thick Indian accent). I laugh. I ask what is your company - CMS, where are you located? Atlanta GA. his employee #FC3059. His CEO Jay Charles ( I think he meant Ray Charles). His Co ph# 800-945-2010. He called from 860-155-4899... I said I am not interested in what he's trying to sell.  Told him his CMS reviews on the web were SCAM etc.  He didn't counter. Went back to trying to get c.c info from me.  really.  I said this isn't cool.  Last question I asked - What is your Mgr name? Sir Dodge. I laughed.  He hung up.  BOTTOM LINE this is annoying.  You aren't getting any info from me EVER.  I get pissed because you are wasting my time.  using up my voicemail space.  Does this really work? I hope to GOD that no one is dumb enough to actually give them a morsel of information...this will only continue.  It has got to reach a point where their "company" realizes this is a loss for them and no longer pay these idiots to harass/lie to innocent people. IF we can't stop the calls (and this is what I am reading from ALL these comments), ANY IT people out there that want to create a company to help block or stop these idiots? I am sure you will make a lot of money even if people pay a small fee to stop all this nonsense.  Just saying.
