Not able to view channels after Recharging my Tata Sky

Sir, I'm Arei and bear the ID no. 1048239766 that I got it under the name, Ebemcha. I had recharged my Tata Sky for 301 ruppees today i.e 2/12/13 but I wasn't able to view the channels. So, I would like the channels to be enable for viewing as soon as possible.
