Fraude

I ordered two rings over a month ago and i still have not recieved it. I called twice and they keep telling me that i have to wait 7 weeks and that i will get it through ups but they refused to provide me with the tracking number. When i asked for my refund they also refused to give it to me and i had to file a fraud case with my bank to get my money back
