My wife and I have been customers of Kay's since 1995. On March 3, 2013 we went in to the Kays at Willowbrook Mall to upgrade her wedding band for her and purchase a watch for me. We bought a Bulova watch and after 2 days the watch gained 10 minutes. On the 5th day it lost 20 minutes, then on the 7th day, and after wearing the watch for a couple of hours, I went to change the time for day light savings time and the crown was gone.
Here I am standing in the store on March 13th, because we were out of town from March 7th until today, arguing with a sales person Homa, that due to wear they cannot do anything for me. Homa refused to give me her name "I don't give my name out" was her response as she walked away. The assistant manager, Summer, had to give it to me. After sometime on the phone with corporate, Summer came back to me and stated that due to the fact that "there is wear on the watch" there is nothing that they can do for me but send it in to find out if it is a manufactures defect". Kay's has become a joke and we will never shop here again!!!!!

It seems that your experience with Kay was lackluster, But have no fear Bulova Provides world-class customer service if your watch is in warranty which it is because you just bought it, Here is the URL to Bulova repair form

Since you're going to be stuck with your Bulova watch for a while and since it's less than 30 days you should go to Kay's and ordered the extended warranty for the watch, As when doing such will require the store to help you because the store will cover warranty support , however if you did not purchase the extended warranty provided by Kay jewelers , Them unfortunately it is up to you to repair your watch, In which case you should contact Bulova watches directly as by default your watch comes with a 3 year warranty,.
