Horrible - Never Again!

I rented a car from this location for a few days because of their cheap rates.
I must admit the vechicle was very nice and clean but the service at this place is horrible.
They never answer their phones when you try to call them and they don't return your calls when you leave them a voicemail.
There is only one person workign the counter at a time and for a busy airport liek Montreal this makes for unbelievably long wait times.
I worked for a rental car company and we would never treat a customer the way I was treated. If the customer waited this long we would give thema discount or a voucher for their next visit.
When I finally got to the counter no one apologized and the person was not very friendly.
The GPS did not work the first day but luckily it did the remainder of my trip. The company didn't even provide a map of Montreal just as a back up.
Upon return of the vechicle they never inspected the vehicle and I provided a fullt ank of gas reciept and they still charged me for topping up the tank.
On top of all they a few weeks later they charged my credit card and addictional $50 without any explanation.
When I called the place back and finally got someone to answer thier phones I inquired about the charge. They agent was rude and unhelpful and told me it was a parking infraction. I asked for the manager and got transfered.
I called again and asked for the number of a higher up person and all they did was tranfer me again.
I called customer support for National Car Rental in Canada and by far that was the niceset person to date. I explained I stayed at a downtown Montreal hotel during my stay which I paid $20 a day for. If i did park anywhere else it was a a public place which had included parking or paid parking.
I never ever recieved a ticket on my car, no one put markings on my tires or a boot on it. Everywhere I parked was legal and I never parked anywhere where I was not suppose to. I never recieved a ticket in the mail when I came home.
Customer support told me they are not responsible for misplaced tickets or someone removing the ticket from your car etc... and that i am responsible for all charges....
They argued with me saying I am wrong and they can't do anything for me. Even when I said I would pay the fee to make them happy they still would not value my business and concerns and offer me any discount or voucher.
I already filled a formal complaint with National Car Rental Corp and wrote review online voicing my experiances.
I will never ever rent from National or it's affiliates ever again anywhere in the world and I will never recommend it to any of my friends relatives etc....
Anyone who asks for a car rental suggestion or rented from national that I know of I have made them cancel their reservation and in return my work spreads because they ALL will not rent from national....
