I am using this worse Airtel network for more than one year. Now When i planned to migrate my postpaid to prepaid connection. But to the hell for past one month they are telling some silly reasons and still the job has not done. There are almost 22 complints on my name. I hope they take more complints from a single client (i.e. minimum of fifty complints) and finally solve the problem and they will say that they have solved all those problems. But it will be a single complint and it has been registered more than once. Good Idea from the network. When we call to the customer care it is even worse. All they can say was "SORRY FOR THE DELAY", "WE WILL FILE A COMPLINT ON IT", "THATS ALL WE CAN DO","IT IS AN TECHNICAL PROBLEM" "IT IS OFFICIAL","WE CANNOT TELL THAT".
Please my dear friends beware of using this worse network. Think twice before you do the mistake.
