I ordered a FREE CD "Passive Google Profits" for which s&h of $1.95 was charged to my credit card. What I got was a CD called "Passive Internet Profits" and with a printed matter from Real Success Institutem by a Daniel D. Wagner, Owner and CEO. Big sounding title for a guy that subsequently and without authorization debits the same credit card of mine with $ 39.90 and now I see some small print "Call 1=800-724-2794 to begin learning immediately. After the 7 days free offer, you will be automatically charged a minimal monthly fee of $39.95 (note the 5 cts. difference from what he charged me, a generous discount? And of course, I am warned now, that MONTHLY fee will continue to come in unless us victims can stop that fraud!

be warned not to ask for the free CD on "Passive Google Profits" and then indicating your credit card number for the s&h charge of $1.95". This is the scam to get your cc number and next thing you'll have an unauthorized MONTHLY charge of $39.90. Don't join the group of suckers to whom unfortunately I belong.

How did you first find out about this outfit?

Did their original offer disclose the "7 day free trial, $39.95 monthly charge" terms, did it disclose but hide it, or were the charges only disclosed AFTER receiving their shipment?

Dispute their unauthorized charge as fraudulent, in writing, thru your credit card company.  See your statement for the bank address to send disputes to.

Change your card number to prevent future charges.

    Hi everyone.

I'm the owner of a website called Passive Profits.  It seems, when people are charged for these CDs, they don't use Passive GOOGLE Profits as what people are being charged for.  They simply put "Passive Profits".  Then, when people see they've been charged this additional $39.90 (or $39.95), people GOOGLE Passive Profits and end up at my website.  Once they get there, then I receive complaints about me charging people's credit/debit cards.  It's NOT Passive Profits (passiveprofits.net) that's charging anyone anything!  I don't even ask for credit or debit card info on my site!

Anyway, here are some other URL's to check out regarding this Passive GOOGLE Profits fiasco:

You also may want to look at the complaints that have been lodged against them at this website and file your own:

Anyone who sees this post ... PLEASE don't come to passiveprofits.net and submit a support ticket asking me to refund your money.  It's Passive GOOGLE Profits that's charged your cards!

    Thank you.

Maybe you all should read the terms and conditions before you put your credit card info. in . I did and it clearly states that it will be 39.90 a month.

The same thing happened to me with this company except I never received my Free CD. In my case I just had to pay the S&H Fee which was $3.99 and the first money charged to my bank account was $129.00.  Now, for over a year I am still being charged $29.90 per month.  For what?  I made a complaint to my bank with no success.  Is Google in on this scam???  CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD and let the bank send you a new one with a different number, then, they cannot charge any longer.

Mine too.  Cancel your credit card.  I just did after a year of being charged monthly.

That's strange.  This same company charges me $29.99 not $39.99 and I never received a CD.  Do you represent this company?

Call your bank dispute center and let them hash it out, I always do, and I always get my money back, just tell them that it was not what you expected, also you should be able to cancel your monthly fee of $29.90 because that just doesn't sound right. You must do your due diligence however, and always read the fine print, and also the terms and conditions, it is very helpful. Good Luck!

    harrassed by phone
hi there. I am typing this post not because of any card charges. I will NOT give my card info to anyone. I am typing this post because ALMOST EVERY DAY I get a phone message from some idiots calling themselves 'GOOGLE PROFITS' who call from 1-888-204-8717 (a number that very handily refuses/instantly disconnects all incoming calls) and leave me a message saying 'GOOGLE PROFITS' is calling, to verify my shipping information, to ship me a free google profits cd. I did not give anyone my name or number or ask for any info about anything. When I call them back at the number they call from, that number disconnects all incoming calls. When I call the number they ask for me to call to verify my shipping info to get the 'free' crap cd package I did not ask for and do not want, that number is 1-866-995-9809, the joker there says that anyone who gets their calls signed up on their website. NOT TRUE. I ask how I can stop receiving the calls. He says 'I DON'T EVEN HAVE A NAME OR NUMBER FOR YOU'. I feel badly for the poster above named Darwin, who has nothing to do with this, and has received complaints because of his similar business name. If anyone knows the actual contact info/names/addresses of the people who are really behind this criminal harrassment, please post it as completely as you can, so we who are being harrassed by these people can do our best to persuade these people to stop the unwanted phone calls and deliveries of these scam cd packages, and all related criminal activity. Thank you!

It's been almost 2 years since I made the post above, and I'm STILL getting people coming to my site essentially accusing me of charging their credit and debit cards for this "Passive Profits" CD.  I never even heard of this CD until the first complaints started coming in, and then I went to the Real Success Institute website and explained to them what was happening.

Today I clicked on the link that would've taken you right to the page on their site that talks about this CD, and their site is completely gone.  It's now a parked domain (the one I had for this Real Success Institute).

Once again, passiveprofits.net IS NOT in any way associated with this CD, nor the company that was selling it.
