They are reported to be running a phony "gas card" scam, phishing for account information ("for shipping") to use to cram much larger fraudulent charges.

File complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and your local police.

"even came up with my credit card number,my family members name"
    "same people,same aicents"
Access to credit report information and relative names, along with thick accents, may connect this scam to other reports of phony "debt collector" calls, similarly harassing and threatening.  This may be the same bunch of criminals, possibly connected to Indian or Pakistani call centers.

Do NOT believe ANYTHING they say, whether promises or threats.  They are liars and criminals.

If they have your card number, you should also contact your bank immediately to have that card number blocked.

What did they say about "Walmart cards"?
Did they want you to pay them by getting a pre-paid Walmart debit card?

Telemarketing scam.  Several other numbers have been calling me, saying I have won  a 200 dollar card, and that I was one of 25 people chosen nationally. American Auto-Benefits located in Phoenix AZ, representative: Mike and his ID: AB4120. I  indulged them long enough to confirm that they were lying. Wanted my credit card number, I told them I didn't have it memorized and to call back tomorrow. Never received word. Called each number back, and only two numbers were in service so I hit one to be removed from the list. Unfortunately I had already given them my home address. I registered a complaint with the FCC, told my bank to be alert and am watching my mail (e-mail as well) very closely. You never know what can be dug up with just your address. If there is a way to undo the potential damage please let me know.
