I noticed on my checking account that they took $29.95 out my account as well and I never signed up for this.

Sounds like a cramming scam..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge, and have them shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E.
