Horrific service/response

They came out several times and did not fix the issue...agreed through the better Business Bureau to refund money and then never did.  I contacted Kinetico corporate and they just passed it back to the local office who ignored it.  I will never buy Kinetico again!

    Sorry you were treated so badly by the company.  Since they were bought out by a new owner things have changed for the worse.  They are strictly numbers driven and many of the people who cared were let go.  The main company is now privately held by a woman from Sweden who has never even been there.  All about greed.
