no ones knows what they are doing giving out wrong orders

Went to kfc on Saturday September 8,2012 and the cashier taking the orders was so busy flirting with her mail customer holding up the line unnecessarily. When she finally took my order, I waited over 15 minute to find out they gave my food to someone elese that was waiting on their food when she gave him his order he said I thought this was my food you gave me already he looked in my food and said this isn't mine. I then step up to the counter and said I have been waiting on my food over 15 minutes she looked at my recipe and had the nerve to try to give me this food. I told her I don't want that please give me a fresh order she wasn't  happy but she gave me a fresh order .with a side of attitude which I didn't need since it was kfc staff fault . is this what they learned in training to disrespect your customers? to keep them waiting ,and then give someone elese your food . the kfc I'm speaking of is in dekalb county on lincoln highway terrible customers service.
