ACS inc has been harassing me over email for a while now. They started to threaten me and said I would be arrested by 10 am over a loan that I never received. They want me to make a $350 payment with a “vanilla card.” They  never give me any numbers to call though.

SUMMONS

YOU ARE REQUESTED TO APPEAR IN THE COUNTY SMALL CLAIMS DIVISION, COUNTY GOVERNMENT OFFICE ON WEDNESDAY THE 29TH DAY OF MARCH 2017 AT 10.00 O’CLOCK IN THE MORNING TO DEFEND THE ACTION OF WHICH PARTICULARS APPEAR BELOW.

IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR JUDGEMENT MAY BE GIVEN IN YOUR ABSENCE.

Actioning the Defendant to pay the sum of NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX DOLLARS AND SEVENTY TWO CENTS (986.72) which the PLAINTIFF claims to be in respect of an account rendered together with interest due THEREON from the said date to the date of repayment in full at such rate as the court may deem just, the whole as appears by DEED OF ASSIGNMENT in the Plaintiff’s favour dated September 30th 2017 and to pay the costs of the action.

Any documents or payments which you need to send to the Plaintiff must be sent and made payable through an ONE VANILLA PREPAID CARD.

YOU WILL STOP THIS GOING TO COURT IF, IN THE NEXT 3 WORKING DAYS, YOU PAY THE SUM OF $350.23 BEING:-

a)      The amount claimed of $350.00
b)      The interest of the said amount of $350.00 at the Court rate up to the given date is the sum of $12.00
c)      Fixed costs in the sum of $45.00
d)      Stamp duty in the sum of $25.00 (which can be deducted if payment is made to Jason & Associates three days before the date given above).
