This is the same scam as Eyepothesis. Surprise, they share the same address. Same tactic: they hook you in with $1 trial offer. Before you figure out what type of company  they're running, they bill you again for a months supply. I followed their rules, I notified them by email and by phone (they called me; this is important see below) that I did not want any more product and that I would be returning it. I returned it immediately. I was still billed for $74.81. Good luck trying to  get them by customer service; their website says 24 hr. customer service. No one ever answered. I am currently working with Citibank to get my money back and hopefully Citibank won't honor their charges anymore.

    I never made no kind of contact or made any kind of orders whit you peple so why are you looking to get payed any kind of money from me. that charge you are trying to collect from my account is a no no so cancle it right away

    They are the scammers with lots of products from china trying to get ur info then charge ur account 5 days later for 78dolla, scam busted

    I am going to lodge a complaint with my CC company against this charge. I caught on to their questionable marketing tactics when I reread their 'trial' offer and found they only gave you apprx. 6 days to try the product before they would bill you for the balance, that is, if you did not cancel this order within 15 days of the order DATE!  Unfortunately, I, again, fell for their pitch when they offered me this trial offer for $19.31 plus shpg. They canceled the original order and sent me the new order for $25+.  When I read the instructions, I came to the realization that this product is restricted to only a part of your scalp and once you stop using it, the hair that is restored, is LOST! In other words, its a very expensive proposition to maintain any hair restored to your scalp

      This company is a naughty naughty. Charging you before you even have a
    chance to open the bottle they send you.    
    Do not do business with this company. But if you want to spend
    your money in a irresponsible way this is the company to
    do it with. Their company's motto is charge, charge,    charge!!! With or without your permission!!! I received their product and the next day there was a charge of
    approx. $80.00 on my account. My next call will be to the better business bureau.!!!!!!!

    The Minoxigen product worked for me but I was getting too many bottles so I cancelled my order.  I recently ran out and tried to order somemore and they told me I had to pay $74.85 to restart my order. That was just the restart cost then i would have to pay the monthly cost.  I told them to shove it.  
    I checked the ingredients and then went on line and ordered the same stuff at the Amazon.  same stuff at a fraction of the cost.  Yes Minoxigen company is a big rip off. Shopping around pays.
