I've never connected any of my payment information to Google Play.  I've never bought anything on Google Play.  Nobody other than me has access to my credit card.
Now I see an posted unauthorised transactions
April 23, 2017 GOOGLE *Texas g.co/payhelp# NS for 6.49 CAD
May 23, 2017 GOOGLE *gumi Inc g.co/payhelp# NS    6.51 CAD
and two pending unauthorized  ones
May 23, 2017 GOOGLE *Texas   2.59 CAD
May 23, 2017 GOOGLE *Texas   65.99 CAD
I don't know who those merchants are and even if they are real.

    Contact your bank..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
