UnResolved Network Coverage Issue

We are having a few twenty numbers of CUG connections,  are facing a network coverage issue with Vodafone in this Area and hence ported to AirTel. We hopefully ported to Airtel Network as the local Executive/ representative , AirTel Express, Kangeyam Road, Tirupur, assured that they will maintain good coverage , resolve our current issue we had with Vodafone.

But this happens and continues  in a frequent way nowadays with AirTel  even after CUG Port from vodafone to Airtel . But here the AirTel people from local and the customer care explained that they are unable to  resolve it now (but earlier the local AirTel representative assured that they will maintain good coverage , resolve our current issue we had with Vodafone) and assured that they are trying their level best to solve this in near future .

We hope that you can easily understand that this is a hindrance that affects our business communication . We are in a situation that we need an urgent solution from any of a service provider to run our business.  Hence we request you to look into this issue ASAP and provide the solution or suggest us an alternate solution to have a coverage issue free communication.
