Using bleach while members are exercising

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks, I walked into Bally's/LAFitness in Woodlyn, PA and was assailed by the smell of bleach.  I only lasted a minute before feeling an asthma attack coming on and rushed out.  The first time I lasted about 15 minutes, but left with the beginnings of a migrane.  Why do they have to clean the floors with bleach at 9 am in the morning.  Why can't this be done at night after everyone leaves!
