Dear Sir,
The subject vehicle needs to be maintained as desired because its bad maintenance is causing terrible problems for me during the visits. I have communicated the problems to the concerned persons repeatedly but there was no needful response from them.
The tyre is in a very poor condition which has been communicated to the concerned persons. On 21st September 2012 the tyre was brust, I called to hartz (Mr. Usman) for this matter. He said that today is Friday and our maintenance departments are closed due to which I will inform you on Saturday for resolving this issue. I have insurted tyre tube of Rs. 600/- because the spare tyre was also not in a useful condition. On Saturday I called to Mr. Muzammil (Branch manager of Hartz) and told him the situation. He said that I will coordinate with you within an hour but despite this they didn't response me.
From that day onwards I am traveling on this car in the same bad conditions. Later on Sunday night Car Theft was attempted in which the side glass was broken. But luckily the watchman came in and the persons who attempted Car Theft ran away. At the same time I have communicated to Hartz regarding the said situation and they said they will coordinate in the morning. After waiting till 10:00 AM I myself coordinated with them and they said drop the car or our driver will pick up the car then we will work on it. But due to my busy schedule I was unable to handover the car to them.
Now the vehicle has following major issues: -
a. The brust tyre was replaced by a second hand tyre by myself which was costed Rs. 1,200/-. (I have talked with Mr. Usman (Hartz) regarding the re-imbursement of that amount he said I will check the policy regarding the subject issue. I will discuss with concern person and then let you know about it.
b. The broken glass was replaced by myself it costed Rs. 600/-.
c. Again one of the tyre was brust and new tube has been insurted by ourselves and it costed Rs. 300/-.
Now two tubes has been insurted and one tyre was replaced by myself. But this bad condition of the tyres is very dangerous for the long traveling which I have to make. You are therefore desired to immidiately replace the tyres.
The above-mentioned matter is drafted and send to you just to understand that these situations and conditions are not client satisfactory. That also shows that your services are decreasing day by day which is hurting the reputation of your company and also it is non-satisfactory for your clients.
