Europcar's website is absolutely terrible. Good luck trying to cancel a reservation. The link they send you in the email doesn't work. So you go to their website and enter the reservation number and your email to get to your reservation page. Here it gives you a choice to cancel or modify, you can modify it, but when you click on cancel it takes you to a completely blank web page, so dead end there as well. When you try to contact them using the contact page it won't let you send the email because it says you've used an incorrect character, even if you've triple checked that there are only alphabetically characters being used. Ultimately this means making an international phone call and wasting your time and money to cancel over the phone. I will never book with them again. This seems sneaky and un-userfriendly.
