She is a scammer using ebay gift cards to get your money. Once she has your money she will try to get another "insurance fee" from you with the same amount as the product you are looking to buy.

    Never pay for a trailer (or any vehicle) sight unseen.  And only scammers ask for gift cards as payment (they are untraceable and cannot be charged back).
