promised and didn't deliver

I ordered direct tv by phone. I asked the sale guy could i get Lexington Ky. local channels in my area instead of West Virginia. I told him it was a must or i'll stick with what i have. He said it wouldn't be a problem and to tell the installer when he got there. I told the installer and he informed me that he just installed, had nothing to do with the programming. I had him to hold up on his installation until i got this straightened out. I contacted direct tv at the # the installer gave me and talked to someone totally different than i did the first time. While standing right next to the installer, i talked to this other employee on the phone. I told him the problem and that i was told i could get these certain local channels. Asked him if this was true and if not i want to cancel. He said yes he could set me up with these channels. While trying to learn the new system and remote the next day i realized i was lied to and had the W.V. local channels. Just plain out lied to make a sale.
