So after receiving these calls OVER AND OVER... Sometimes there were 4-5 in a row, all local.
They even spoof all my local prefixes! Look what I found... BTW, I am a researcher...

I get calls for Health Insurance, Student Loans, Tech Support, and Investment Opportunties. All are from numbers owned by Broadwing Communications. I have decided to start calling the registered agent for them in my state for each and every call. The registered agent in Missouri for Broadwing Communications is CT Corporation System in Clayton, MO. https://bsd.sos.mo.gov/Common/CorrespondenceI ... 83483&version=1 The agents name is Kristen Bolden and the number is 314-863-5545. I would encourage you to contact them and complain.
