Lie about Rebates, terrible service

In April, 2008 I saw an advertisement on the Dell website that if I purchased an HDTV from Dell and signed up for Direct TV Service, I was eligible for a $200 rebate. I did so, based on this rebate. After numerous phone calls to Direct TV for being turned down for the rebate, I was given numerous illogical excuses. The service was the worst I have ever seen from a cable/satelitte provider, with almost daily service interuptions. Finally, they cancelled my service altogether on June 28, and deny that they ever cancelled my service, when I called them to send a pickup for their receivers. I have filed complaints with the FCC.
