CC access without authorization

I ordered the Meaningful beauty product for my wife as a christmas present. Like so many I'm reading about, I was charged for GRC vitamins I never authorized on my card. I didn't find out about the charges until I got an overdraft on my debit account and this was after they had been doing so for 3 mths. Although they claimed it would be reimbursed after I called to complain I have received nothing to date. I even spoke to a supervisor that instructed me to locate the product and return it to them but to be sure the amount of vitamins were accurate to what they sent out, 90 days worth. However, because I had to open the package to verify the count I was responsible for paying the shipping cost of $8.00 to return. I was assured once I satisfied all these requirements I would receive my monies back. Nothing to date so far. Every time I call I'm told it could take as much as 2 wks more then what I was previously told. The good news is I can and have filed fraud charges thru my bank along with the attorney general for Mass. I have canceled the card they used and will have charges filed against them. I suggest you do the same.
