I bought a Husky 1700 psi power washer at Home Depot, but after a couple of uses, high pressure could not be obtained. Tried numerous times to contact customer service as it was under warranty, but months later all I got was some parts to take it apart and rebuild it myself. I installed the parts but it worked just one time, as the second time I pulled it out to clean the pool deck I had the same problem again.

Not wanting to deal with this issue again I chalked it up to experience for buying that Husky brand and my wife bought me a Task Force 2000 unit for Christmas from Lowes. Little did we know both are from the FNA Group! When I took the unit out of the box in late January, the handle was broken on both sides. Lowes refused to take it back because more than 30 days had gone by since the date of purchase, and they no longer carried the unit. I chatted on line with a customer service agent from FNA Group who asked that I fax the purchase receipt.  I asked if I could e-mail it along with pictures of the broken handle, for which he game me an e-mail address and these were sent the same day (issue # LTK5290359875X).  Several days had gone by with no response, so I sent a second e-mail to which I have yet to receive a reply. Judging from the number of complaints on this and other sites I doubt that any timely action (if at all) will be taken by FNA Group.

Hi, we live in South Eastern  Michigan. I baught a husky pressure washer from Home Depot, it later developed a engine problem. After a few phone calls. I was told to take it to Raaj Tractor in Taylor Mi.They fixed it under warranty. It is now running fine.
We have one problem with Raaj Tractor, they held $30.00 of my money which they returned to me when they were told that warranty will cover the repairs.

I purchased a Task Force 2000 Power Washer and have nothing but trouble with it! The soap will not dispense even on low pressure. The high pressure nozzle has stopped working and I can't find a replacement. The switch to change sides for the soap dispenser doesn't work. I never complain, but this is the worst product I have ever wasted money on.

I have a Task Force electric power washer.     I fight it everytime I use it but once i get the hose on and get it to stay on they I can get some work done...  I lost the nozzle though...   seems replacing it is nigh upon impossible.     According to a few places I've gone (who no longer carry these)  there is no standardization on electrics...

I'd buy a new sprayer for it for 49.00  but I can get a whole new sprayer for 99...   I guess that's how we get worked out of our money...   build things so that they fall apart!

I too, bought a task force  2000 psi--used about 4 times before the motor started smelling---now it doesn't work at all-----junk!  How nice --- Lowe's doesn't sell these anymore!  I wonder why?

I have the task force power washer and I love it. Had it for at least 3 years, maybe more.  Soap dispenser doesn't work, but has good power.  I have misplaced nozzles, all except turbo one.  Can I buy replacement nozzles?
