This was a new card services phone #

Constant calls saying they are Card Services.  Usually it says that on caller I.D.  This was a new name and number that showed up.  This one was different because I asked what the company name was.  He said Card Services.  I asked where they were located.  He said Tulsa, OK.  I asked for address.  He said he wouldn't give it to me.  I told him I was going to sue because I am on do not call list.  He said they bought the do not call list and knew I was on it, and that;s why they called.  I told him that was real smart and he hung up on me.
