Centennial washer

Bought and installed a centennial washer for mother in law . She recently had a stroke and my wife and I are staying with them to take care of them, both elderly . Had I known what a sorry piece of junk thisachime was I would have taken it back but to late now. I  am investor in rental properties and will look at other brands now, have always bought maytag... I guess one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch!
