They charged my credit card twice.

Kaspersky kept reminding me my coverage was expiring so I renewed but found out they had already renewed and charged my card. I want some money returned. I have tried to find a way to talk to their customer service but there is no info. I want a phone number to talk to them so I can find out why they did that.
