Additional space

On April 19, 2016 I attempted to purchase additional storage for my gmail account. After going through the options and selecting how much additional storage I was interested in I completed the transaction. However for the next week my email storage did NOT increase. I tried again and it gave me the additional storage that I asked for. My problem is that I was charged twice for this service. Please refund my credit card for the $2.12 charge on April 19, 2016 since I did not receive the extra storage that I had asked for.
