Believe it or not this was a quote from a Europcar Servce Desk "Customer Servce " representive when I challenged the fact they were going to charge for "damage" when I returned a car. The damge was slight to a wheel - I had noticed it on picking the car up a mile from the deak - not thinking it was important enough to warrant a repair (The car has 45,000km on the clock and was well used)  I did not go back to office to highlight it - my mistake.

Amazing how they mange to spot everything when you return the car - but you get a "clean sheet" when you pick it up. Is seems I was expected to do a full inspection and service check. The car was high mileage and rubbish - and so was the service - I would rather walk and crawl rather than use them again .
