This person keeps calling me informing that there is a law suit pending against me. He has threatened to send law inforcement to my house and lock me up for 6 months or more. His phone  number that appears on my phone is 305-400-1281. He threatens that a payday loan company is suing me. There is no such thing occuring. Please can someone investigate this and transmit the necessary actions to get these person from threatening me and my family?

    Reports the caller has a "strong" accent is probably an indication this is just another overseas Indian scam.

    Report to the FBI and FTC.

    If they keep calling, notify them you have reported them to the FBI and are recording the calls as evidence.

    They are looking for suckers to extort, so if you don't sound like a sucker, they generally move on.

    They are just liars and fakes, criminals calling from safely overseas,
    Do not believe any of their threats.
    All they can do is threaten to try to con you.

    I just received a call from this number, the man has an accent. After I listened to the nature of the call he asked to speak to my lawyer,as if I was sitting next to a lawyer,lol. I told him I don't know what he was talking about . He quickly got upset and starts yelling at me telling me I will be arrested Friday morning. I hung the phone up and he called back again saying " how dare you hang up on me,you will be arrested. How can I stop receiving calls from this fraudulent company?
