I Think You Need Better Contact Services To Assist Employees

I am writitng this complaint in reference to the e-mail & Voice Message that was left last week on 01/23/09 concerning me not being able to print out any of the inportant papers needed to contact customers.I would appreciate it if one of your Customer Service Reps. would please contact me with the correct web-site address,or feel free to contact me at 727-895-1286.
