I went online to pay bill it was $12.63 higher than the paper bill I received earlier that month. I went to check details of the difference but was unable to because the only way you can if you sign up for paperless bill. I was able to access the online bills before without any problem I don't want to sign up for the paperless bill. How can they get away with this?  I hate calling because of the stupid automated
