Not honest with buyers

I was told so many different stories why this product (ac adapters)  was back ordered and wouldn't work with my Tornado weed eaters,revisions product change,etc. this left me not knowing what to do,meanwhile all the time was running out on my coupons, for joining there ELETE buyer's club.They must really be hard up because they only refunded a portion of the cost. I never used the coupons because I was waiting for my ac adapters. So just a word of advice. BUYER BEWARE  They don't really care about there customers. I'm sure glad I just had small dealings with them. I know longer trust the co. This lasted for several months May to August, and I finally had to call them and ask what was going on I never did get a straight answer. Be careful ordering parts for TORNADO products. Thank You.
