On November 25th 2011 a civil lawsuit was filed against the marketers of the “Royal Bali Beach Club” PT Permata Bahari Mandiri, Mr John Andrew Spence, Mr Robert Laurence Faulkner (alias Mr Vic Faulkner) in the District court of DENPASAR (Pengadilan Negri Denpasar) on behalf of the plaintiffs. Case No: REG.696/PDT/6/2011/PND.
The lawsuit was filed in the district court of Bali to recover losses suffered by its customers, plus interest & compensation .Due to misleading and fraudulent marketing techniques & Indonesian Property Laws. More info at www.bali-lawyers.com

    I have recently travelled to Bali where I was approached on the street I had won a competition I was taken to the headquarters of Royal Resorts. They told me it was not a time share. After 4 hours I gave them $1000.00. I did not have time to think,I am now trying to recover my money through ING which seems impossible as I did not contact them during a cooling off period however according to Royal Resorts there was not a cooling off period. I am in no position to pay them and they keep ringing and e mailing me even though I have tried to break the contract. I would like my $1000.00 back,can you help me please.

      Same thing happened to us with NO time given to make a decition. We were told the total price was $25,000 AUD. HOW much is the cost or do they charge what seems fit for whom they target???
