They are saying they are going to sue me. Keep asking for phone number and they refuse every time . Megan Smith is the persons name that keep emailing me. How do I stop them?

Just block the email. It's all fake, these types of emails are sent out by the thousands by overseas scammers.

It's a free gmail account..
Overseas scammers use free gmail, outlook, or similar accounts to stay anonymous, while trying to make the "name" part of the address look "official". You can contact Google to notify them the account is being used for fraud, and they can shut it down due to violation of their terms of service.
