Personal trainer

I was mislead into signing up for a personal trainer. The guy had told me at the beginning that it would be $180.00 a month for two training sessions a week which he showed me on a paper explains the different contracts available which ranged in prices. After signing contract I was informed that the paper he showed me was inaccurate and out of date. He said dont worry about it, it was his mistake and he would work me in he's schedule. Because the contract was $180.00 a month for one session a week. He was to work me in one session a week. Since then he has not been available two sessions in a row. I have wasted my time and money on sevices not given. I would like to cancel because they are very unorganized I feel like I've been robbed.

If you are within 10 days of signing the Personal Training Agreement, you can unbind (cancel) yourself from the contract without cause. I went to my gym and asked to see the Operations Manager. This person usually sets upfront with the receptionist. It was so easy. In 15 minutes they cancelled the contract, provided me with a letter stating it was cancelled and followed up with an email confirming the cancelation in the same day. I like the Gym but the personal trainer wasn't working out for me.
