Deceptive marketing

I rented a vehicle through carrentals.com and the total was $122 with Advantage rentals I paid ahead of time to make this faster when I get to the counter I'm told I need to pay $350 additional charge because I don't have a plane ticket as well as have a copy of my car insurance now common sense would tell you if I'm traveling I don't have my car which means I wouldn't be carrying my car insurance paperwork which they requested I rent cars every month for work and this is the first and last time I will use carrentals.com or Advantage rental cars
