Refund

I booked a hotel in Aruba for 4/15/20 4/16/20 with Talk Of Town in Aruba We did not cancel, the hotel cancel and CheapOAir refused to reimburse us,This is a Crisis.everyone is getting reimbursed,This was out of our control.We did not ask for the coronavirus,Iwill not be booking any more airlines or Hotel with them. They do not want to refund people there money.
