Macys American express card sent a late fee of $10 to credit bureau stating that I payed my bill late. macy s store card sent my bill to a different address and the bill didn't get to me on time. when I saw the late charge I called the macys store card customer service representative by the name of Torres on 9/24/2019 to ask them to remove the charges because it is their own error by spelling the name of my street wrong therefore my bill end up getting to me late. I immediately payed the bill ones I received it. Torres told me that $10 late charges will be taking off my account and I never receive no bill from macy's after that. to my surprise my October credit score which I get true my bank every month dropped from 800 to 695 I was shocked so I call TransUnion credit bureau and they told me that my credit is destroyed due to macy's store card $10 late fees. i was very furious I have all the bills that I kept which has the wrong address on it and dates and times that I spoke to macy's store card American express representatives and Torres assured me that the $10 late fees was removed from my account. I don't ow them nothing. How can a store sent an unlawful charges to a credit bureau against their customer? I am asking you to see about my case. I'm being taking advantage of by macy's. and I will never shop with them. please remove that late charge and own your error. please restore my credit back to it original score. my credit is destroyed just because of macy's credit card and their carelessness on not paying attention to the customer address and they want me to bear the conciseness of their mistake. It is not my fault please clean up your mess and do the right thing. you have lost a good customer for life.

    This is NOT the Macy's website.  One late fee will NOT destroy your credit so there must have been another reason.
