I purchased a 310 ltr Whirlpool refrigerator in March of this year. We noticed right away that there was something wrong with its cooling. We lost a lot of items due to its poor cooling.
I called Whirlpool customer service and they said they will send someone to our house to check it. They also said that I will be charged 390 Rs for the inspection! I am tempted to cancel this inspection, and I think it's not our responsibility to pay for this.

HOWEVER, ALL KITEMS ARE FROZEN IN ALL THE COMPARTMENTS
I have raised complain to dealer that refrigerator but the response was useless and he said we are now not involved and u can contact service center. After calling number of times, he came and told its genuine behaviour. Again I called up then he said contact the dealer .. now I am very angry but helpless. My two sons only suggested me buying this (because they are using for past few years without any problem). Please do not provide the license to these kind of dealers who do not know the customer value. As soon as they get the money, customer is useless for them.
I do not know what to do because I am staying in Vrindavan (UP) after my retirement from SBI. mob - 9880187947 / 9451654218
