I made an order for Rowenta DG-980 steam iron thru ikitchen.com.

When i received the item, it is a different model than i ordered.DG-580. I asked the company to refund me for my order and also pay the shipping , they won't pay for shipping the item back to their warehouse.

The item is advertised wrong on their website, if you do a search for DG-980 on their website, you will be pointed to this listing, and it says the "Rowenta Steam Generator DG-980 IN STOCK" It even shows the DG-980 picture, this is totally misleading to show a picture and point to a model that they dont have anymore, and charge you for it and then tell you to pay shipping for it since it is not their mistake.IT IS THEIR MISTAKE...

This is not a good business practice to sell a product by showing its picture and its model number and then on that final page, just write down that they will send u something else..... They should not be showing any page with reference to DG-980 if they dont have it in stock anymore...the new model DG-580 should be displayed only .....

    I have just received the second incorrect steam iron from ikitchen, again with the excuse that they were substituting another iron for the one advertized on their website.  Bye-bye ikitchen!

    What an ordeal!!  I ordered a coffee maker and food processor,Cuisinart, and their business practices stink and their customer service is nonexistent!  I also was stuck paying return shipping costs and also had to report them to my credit card company to dispute charges to receive my credit.  MY SUGESTION -- DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM iKitchen.com!!
