I did not order anything from them.Received 2 package from them.I returned them.Was charged 3 times $79.00 .Ive called and talked to someone and was told I would be refunded.I have not.Now no one will answer and not able to leave message.

After canceling with Seattle Coffee Direct, they sent me an unrequested shipment within a few weeks. After canceling a second time, they sent me another unrequested shipment a few months later. They were dormant for a while until just recently, about a year after the first incident. I called and they had no explanation for why I got more orders.
So today -- yet another random unsolicited shipment. However, this time when I called (the package had the same address as Seattle Direct, but now the label read "Cafe Saporito"), I spoke to a man named William. He informed me of three recent unauthorized charges/shipments, gave me the dates of them (THREE within 2 WEEKS), gave me a dispute number and told me to call my bank and report these unauthorized charges. Why would an employee of a fraudulent company confess to unauthorized charges?? No clue, but you better believe I will be calling my bank first thing in the morning.
My advice to others duped by this -- get names and numbers every time, and record the date and time you called! Have plenty of ammo (aka: proof).

If you lost money due to unauthorized charges, file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, but still make sure you dispute any charges through your bank immediately, since if the company turns out to be insolvent, bank disputes within 60 days may still push the loss back on this company's payment processor and retrieve your money.
