Unacceptable Charge to my Credit card
Complaint

On or about March 6, 2012, a household member attempted to purchase and install the Kaspersky Anti-Virus application on one of our desktop computers. The INSTALLATION FAILED and we followed the on-line process to discontinue the need for the application on that computer.
A charge was placed on one of my CREDIT CARD accounts on March 6, 2012 in the amount of $59.95. We do NOT have the Kaspersky application loaded on that computer. We must receive a CREDIT to that account. I wil contact the Kaspersky company for that credit service.

Kaspersky are con merchant because my Husband bought me a new laptop. Kaspersky was on it and it wouldn't let me go on the internet if I didn't buy it. I gave all my debit card details and then the free one was offered. I said yes to that but they had taken 2 lots of money out and I am short of money thanks to them. I demand my money back or I will take things further.
